Our Hydraulic Euro Tub (Tote Bin) Tipper lifts and tips our Euro Tubs to support your efficient workspace.
With a working Load of 250kgs, our Tote Bin tippers are constructed from 304 stainless steel and are powered via a hydraulic powerpack. Containers are tipped by the extension of a stainless steel hydraulic cylinder to 30°past horizontal.
Fitted with a safety check valve such that in the unlikely event of a hydraulic hose failure, the raised bin will notfall to the floor.
There is a IP65 stainless steel control panel mounted on the main column at a position for maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Our Euro Tub Tipper also operate on a ‘hold to run’ principle such that the ‘Up’ or‘Down’ buttons must be held for the machine to operate, when released the machine will stop. The control panel has the facility for a ‘Call to Run’ signal to be connected if required.
