Teknomek's Motor Driven Guarded Pillar Euro Bin Tipper is designed to lift and tip a 200 litre Euro Bin at a discharge height of 4450mm. It is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel and requires bolting to the floor.
Supplied complete with a safety guard to meet the guidelines of BS EN 14120:2015 Safety of Machinery Guards. The safety guard encloses the Tipper to a height of 2200mm above the platform height on three sides with a cut-out through which the bin is tipped on the fourth side.
The Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). Upper and Lower end of travel limit switches are positioned to prevent inadvertent adjustment or damage but are easily adjustable by trained personnel for fine adjustment on site.
