Refund policy

17.1 The Company will not accept the return of any goods that conform to the warranty in condition 9.2 without prior approval by an appropriate Company official, and in any case not after 28 days of supply. If such a return is approved who will issue the Buyer a goods return form. Any returned goods must be accompanied with the goods return form and the customers’ letterhead instructions and be in their original condition and fully packaged. The Company will refund or credit the customer reasonable carriage charges only for returned goods that do not conform to the quality standards warranty in condition 9.2; In all other cases, the Buyer shall be responsible for all carriage, packing, and handling costs.

17.2 Where a return is accepted on goods that conform to the warranty contained in condition 9.2, the company will charge the customer a 35% restocking and handling charge on the net order value or the minimum handling charge is £50.00 per order, whichever is the larger.

17.3 Once an order has been placed, it may only be cancelled with appropriate written notice and the agreement of Teknomek, a minimum cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. Once despatched an order may not be cancelled.

17.4 Under no circumstances will cancellation be accepted for bespoke items specially manufactured on the Buyer’s behalf or
