Our Hupfer medical transport trolley is a robust solution for the safe and hygienic movement of sterile and contaminated medical items. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel, it features a fully enclosed, single-walled construction that is easy to clean and built to withstand demanding healthcare environments. Independently tested and certified to UN3291, this trolley meets international standards for the secure transport of clinical waste. The trolley is fully compatible with trolley washers and complies fully with NHS handling protocols and infection control guidelines.

The double-walled hinged door/s (1 and 2 door options) open to 270°, secured with a three-point locking system including a transport latch, lower door edge locks, and a stop strip for safe, leak-proof containment. Internally, three height-adjustable stainless steel shelves (solid or wire) can be reconfigured using vertical slotted rails, with support for hanging rail systems. The recyclable wire shelf offers excellent ventilation and is easily cleaned. The triple roller-beaded rear panel provides structural reinforcement and sound insulation. Ergonomic push handles and top-mounted corner bumpers offer safe, controlled handling.

The trolley runs on four Ø160 mm castors with stainless steel housings and total lock braking. The two swivel castors ensure stable manoeuvrability. The chassis is compatible with automated guided vehicle systems and can be fitted with a towing device and coupling for friction-damped convoy transport. Whether used between theatres and automatic guided vehicle or offsite, it provides compliance, containment, and complete confidence.
