Our mobile tote bin lifter gives food production sites a practical way to lift and stack our 200 and 300 litre stainless steel tote bins. With a lifting height of approximately 1,800 mm, bins can be positioned across multiple storage levels, which helps free up valuable floor space while reducing the need for manual lifting, bending and crouching.

The stainless steel build is suited to demanding, hygiene-critical environments. Heavy-duty locking castors allow the lifter to move between work areas, and the rechargeable 12V battery means it works wherever it is needed without a nearby connection. It is also suitable for refrigerated environments. Charged overnight, a full battery can handle approximately 30 tonnes of product.

Operation is simple and controlled. Independent controls on both sides with hold-to-run up and down buttons keep the operator in charge of every movement, while the hydraulic lifting system provides smooth lifting and lowering. An audible reversing alarm and flashing LED beacon help alert nearby personnel when the lifter is moving. With a maximum load capacity of 350kg, it is a robust way to improve handling efficiency and storage use.
