Delfin MTL301 1/3 D ATEX 20 / 22 explosion-proof vacuum cleaner

The MTL 301 1/3 D Atex explosive proof industrial vacuum system is mobile, compact, and ideal for vacuuming combustible dust in medium explosion risk areas.

The vacuum offers a two-stage filtration. There is a large surface star antistatic filter, (class M primary filter) located inside the filter chamber, this is made of polyester and provides high resistance against clogging and passage of fine dust. There is an additional HEPA absolute filter which ensures up to 99.995% filtration. This guarantees the cleanliness of the air leaving the unit.

The vacuum features a gauge which enables a quick and easy check to the state of the filter, this can help to detect possible clogging, warning the operator that the filter must be cleaned.

The vacuumed material is placed inside an AISI304 stainless steel drop-down bin mounted on wheels, which makes it possible to dispose easily and safely of the vacuumed material. There are optional M class Antistatic disposable bags available

This vacuum is Zone 20 internal and zone 22 external certified, ensuring total safety during cleaning and maintenance.
