Historical temperature trending for up to 48 hours further enhances process traceability and data integrity.

Safety features include manual or automatic overheat reset, integral audible warnings, energy efficiency with built-in energy meters and an optional countdown timer supporting 24/7 real-time clock operation. Optional fan-assisted circulation (for models larger than 30 litres) enhances internal temperature uniformity and reduces recovery time after door openings.
