Our Genlab Prime ovens represent the flagship of the Genlab oven portfolio, offering superior build quality, enhanced temperature control and outstanding performance for industrial and laboratory use. Each unit is equipped with a durable stainless steel chamber and operates with fan-assisted convection for reliable heat uniformity and fast response times. The standard operating range is 50°C to 250°C with the option to upgrade to continuous use at 300°C.

The ovens feature Genlab's latest intuitive touchscreen control system providing an 8-stage profile programming, a countdown timer, 24/7 real-time clock and 48-hour historical trending. Dual PT100A duplex sensors ensure high-accuracy temperature control with integrated overheat protection for added safety. Designed to maintain excellent temperature stability (±0.5°C) and low chamber uniformity, the Prime range supports consistent thermal processing in critical applications.

Energy efficiency is enhanced through the integral energy meter and quick-recovery design, reducing operational costs. The standard configuration is supported by a robust outer casing and convenient shelf options. Additional optional extras are available for further customisation to meet specific application needs. These include access ports (25-100mm), an integral temperature logger and a calibration that is traceable to national standards.
