GTI MAX Cleantech is a heavy-duty hygienic flooring solution designed for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories and other hygiene-critical environments where contamination control, durability and operational continuity are essential. Suitable for ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanrooms and GMP Grade C/D environments, it creates an easy-to-clean surface that supports routine cleaning procedures and helps maintain high standards of hygiene.

Heat-welded joints create a watertight floor with a near seamless one-piece appearance, helping to reduce dirt traps and support effective contamination control. The flooring can be installed directly over many existing floor surfaces, helping minimise disruption, reduce installation times and avoid costly production shutdowns during refurbishment projects.

Manufactured from a robust 6mm five-layer construction, GTI MAX Cleantech combines a 2mm homogeneous PVC wear layer with glass fibre reinforcement, recycled intermediate layers and a recycled backing layer. The surface is protected by a high-performance PUR+ treatment that enhances resistance to wear, impact, heavy traffic and industrial cleaning chemicals while simplifying maintenance and reducing ongoing upkeep requirements.

Classified for intensive commercial and industrial use (Class 34/43), GTI MAX Cleantech achieves R10 slip resistance, Bfl-s1 fire performance and excellent dimensional stability. Available in a range of colours to support zoning and visual management, it can also be recycled at end of life through approved recycling schemes.
