The IQ3 comes in two configurations, one for shelf loading and one for rack loading, so you can choose the loading system that suits what you wash, whether that is reusable medical instruments or laboratory glassware. Both are supplied without shelves, racks or baskets. Compatible loading accessories are selected and ordered separately to suit your application.

The undercounter design fits into limited space while taking up to eight DIN baskets or two pull-out shelves, both of which make loading and unloading easier. Each shelf can be fitted with different accessories for specific washing requirements, and the enlarged chamber can often accommodate accessories from other compatible machines.

A 6kW heating element, standard condenser and Eco-drying function handle the wash, disinfection and drying stages, and an internal light improves visibility when loading and unloading. The OLED display and soft-touch programme keys show the relevant cycle information, so operators can select a programme and follow its progress easily. Ten pre-set cycles cover routine processing, with room for up to 30 additional custom cycles. Process parameters are stored internally and can be exported for external storage, supporting traceability and process validation.

A water softener, single water connection and chemical dosing pump are included as standard. Low water, energy and chemical consumption reduces running costs and environmental impact without compromising disinfection performance, and low noise levels suit everyday use. The condenser draws steam from the chamber and converts it to water for drainage, which keeps the working environment more comfortable. Glass door panels and external surfaces wipe clean easily.
