Steam is produced using an in-chamber water heater, making these autoclaves particularly suitable for laboratories without access to a fixed water supply or drainage connection. The bead blast finished, 316L stainless steel cylindrical pressure vessel provides excellent corrosion resistance and reliable long-term performance.

An 8-program touchscreen supports straightforward cycle selection and operation. The load-sensed process timer only begins the sterilisation period once the load has reached the required temperature, helping to deliver consistent and effective processing, while internal data archiving stores up to 5,000 cycles and individual operator PIN codes support full traceability.

Built-in air ballast and fan-assisted cooling allow fluids and sealed containers to cool more quickly, helping to shorten processing times while reducing the risk of breakage or volume loss. Water-level sensors prevent operation when insufficient water is present, while the hinged, pneumatically sealed and locked front door incorporates a safety switch for secure operation.
