Laboratories and process facilities handling larger loads can run them through a single 480 litre chamber at any temperature from 40°C to 250°C, instead of splitting the work across smaller ovens. Fan circulation moves heated air through the stainless steel chamber to give consistent conditions across the load, and heats the chamber faster than conventional heating.

Microprocessor control manages temperature precisely, with fast heat-up and minimal overshoot. The multi-program controller allows up to three time and temperature profiles within one cycle, so staged heating runs without repeated manual adjustment. Process and delayed-start timers can be set from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes, which lets cycles be scheduled around laboratory workflow.

The digital controller shows actual chamber temperature next to the selected set point, so progress is easy to follow, and an adjustable vent controls the chamber atmosphere. For the protection of the oven, the load and the surroundings, an independently adjustable, manually resettable over-temperature cut-out sounds an alarm if it trips, backed by a thermal fuse.

Three shelves and 19 available positions let the interior be arranged around different load sizes, making full use of the 480 litres. The radiused stainless steel chamber has rounded internal corners.
