Steam is produced by an in-chamber water heater, making these autoclaves suitable for laboratories without a fixed water supply or drainage connection. The 3mm thick cylindrical pressure vessel is manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel for reliable long-term performance.

An 8-program touchscreen simplifies cycle selection and operation. The load-sensed process timer begins sterilisation only when the load has reached the required temperature, supporting consistent and effective processing, while internal data archiving stores up to 5,000 cycles and individual operator PIN codes support full traceability.

Built-in air ballast and fan-assisted cooling allow fluids and sealed containers to cool more quickly, helping to shorten processing times and reduce the risk of breakage or volume loss. Water-level sensors prevent operation when insufficient water is present, while the pneumatically sealed and locked lid incorporates a safety switch for secure operation.
