The lockers are fully spot welded, with vertical stiffeners fitted to the back of the doors and a one-piece base and skid rail. A one-door locker also comes with a shelf and coat hooks, with a garment rail at 450mm depth.
Single and double units are available in 300mm and 450mm depths. Banks of lockers can stand against a wall or back to back to divide a workspace, and if you need a different carcass colour or numbering, our sales team can arrange it.
If you need stainless steel instead, see our stainless steel lockers. For handing out clean laundry, our dispensing lockers put five, ten or 15 lockable compartments in one unit.

Which locker material should I choose: stainless steel, mild steel or wire mesh?
Stainless steel lockers are made from 304L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and a brushed finish that is easy to look after. Mild steel lockers are powder coated with an antimicrobial BioCote finish and come in a choice of colours. Wire mesh lockers have an open mesh that gives ventilation and visibility of what is stored. See our stainless steel, mild steel and wire mesh lockers.
What does the number of doors mean?
The number of doors is the total across the whole unit. A double unit with eight doors, for example, has eight lockable compartments in total.
Where are Teknomek lockers used?
Our lockers suit commercial, industrial and hygienic environments including changing rooms, hospitals, factories and offices.
Can I order a locker configuration that is not listed?
Yes. Bespoke customisation is available on request, so contact our sales team with what you need.
What colours are the lockers available in?
Doors come in poppy red, iris blue, Irish green, cornflower blue, light grey or flint grey, on a flint grey carcass as standard. Other carcass colours and numbering are available through our sales team.
What does the number of doors mean?
The number of doors is the total supplied within the unit, so a double unit with four doors has four compartments in total.
What comes inside the lockers?
A one-door locker comes with a shelf and coat hooks, with a garment rail at 450mm depth. Fittings on units with more doors differ by size, and the specsheet lists them.
What lock is fitted, and can I get spare keys?
The vented doors are lockable with a camlock and supplied with two keys. Spare keys and locks for mild steel lockers are available separately.
