Our tool-free replacement brushes are a spare part for Teknomek's motorised boot & sole washers and hygiene stations. Essential for maintaining hygiene in food production environments, they are designed for easy replacement, reducing downtime during cleaning routines and supporting compliance with hygiene regulations.

It is recommended that high-care areas replace brushes every two hours or three times daily to prevent bacterial growth, such as Listeria. For low-risk environments, it is recommended to monitor the build-up of debris in the boot washer but to clean twice daily and remove for thorough cleaning at least once daily.

Having a spare set of brushes on hand allows for seamless transitions during cleaning cycles, reducing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.
