Our manual tote bin washing frame is an efficient and affordable cleaning solution designed for the food, drink, and pharmaceutical sectors. Built with durable 304-grade stainless steel, the frame provides 360° access to all sides of the tote bin, including the base and wheel assembly, enabling thorough and hygienic cleaning. Specifically engineered to reduce manual handling risks, it enhances safety during wash-down applications, particularly in wet environments where slips and strains are common.

The location guides integrated into the frame simplify the loading and unloading of tote bins, reducing physical strain on workers while speeding up cleaning operations. With a capacity to handle both 200L and 300L bins, this wash frame meets the diverse needs of high-demand industries that prioritise hygiene and safety, such as food processing and pharmaceuticals.

A key feature is the frame's ability to tilt the tote bin at a 10° angle, ensuring efficient drainage of residual wash water. This not only speeds up the drying process but also prevents water build-up, further enhancing hygiene. The polyamide wheels and sturdy clamps enable smooth tilting and hold the bin securely in place throughout the wash-down process.
