Z type smokehouse trolley for sticks and stick & trays

This Z type smokehouse trolley is manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel and is fully welded, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and provides long-lasting performance.

This trolley boasts six tilting wheels for effortless movement and four push/pull handles for easy manoeuvrability. It offers the option of five or six level, evenly spaced either 297 mm (for 5 levels) or 270 mm (for 6 levels) apart. Each level has a capacity of up to 18 sticks. The lowest level is positioned 290 mm from the floor.  Compatible with Star or V shape design and smooth or corrugated finish

The clever design of these trolleys enables them to stack effortlessly during storage, neatly interlocking with each other and maximizing space efficiency.

This trolley performs seamlessly in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C (dry heat) and offers the choice of five or six levels for precise stick positioning or as shelves for trays. 

The Z type smokehouse trolley has a maximum evenly distributed load capacity of 500 kg. Specifically, each stainless-steel stick can handle a maximum evenly distributed load of 50kg, while each aluminium stick can support up to 30kg.
