Washing

Teknomek’s pneumatic washing frame is ergonomically designed to enable safe and efficient manual washing. Protecting the employees from harm during the cleaning process, the pneumatic cylinder lift and carriage arm swiftly and safely elevates the tote bin off the washroom floor. This provides easy access for employees to clean all sides and efficient water drainage.

For larger facilities with a greater number of tote bins, we recommend our automatic tote bin washer. Cleaning up to 30 tote bins per hour, this innovative equipment boosts productivity by sparing staff from manually washing the tote bins. All they need to do is load up the tote bin washer and let it complete the scrubbing process for a more effective clean that is free from human error.

Transferring

Teknomek’s chuted mobile tote bin frame is compatible with our 200 litre tote bins to ensure the safe transfer of ingredients and substances from a height without spillage. Smooth to operate, the frame has a push handle for easy manoeuvrability and braked castors to keep it still as the tote bin slides underneath.

Prioritise worker safety with the new tote bin lifter and tipper. Protecting against manual handling injuries, it’s suitable to tip ingredients from both our 200 & 300 litre tote bins with a safe working load of up to 380kg. This product can be made mobile via the use of our mobile base.

Storage

We now offer tote bins with built-in forklift channels to make navigating the workplace a smoother experience without the need to push/pull. This helps prevent muscular strain and protect against back injury.

These tote bins can also be used with Teknomek’s modular racking for the perfect space-saving duo. Optimising floor space, this fully customisable, stainless steel racking system can adapt and expand as your needs evolve. An easy to purchase kit that stores nine 200 litre tote bins, additional shelving and upright sections are also available to purchase to help prevent accidents due to a cluttered work environment.

During storage, care should be taken to ensure the integrity of the product isn’t compromised. Lids or disposable tote bin covers should be used to prevent contamination.
