Description
Fixed to the floor by a triangular brass plate, this free-standing eyewash station features stainless steel spray heads with dust proof protective caps. The double filter aerators prevent any large particles from coming into contact with the eye and softens the water jet.
The eyewash unit comes with a valve shut offs at the base of the incoming pipe so no water sits within the base of the unit to freeze. Moreover, frost-free protection system comes as standard allowing the unit to be installed outside.
The unit is easy to locate even when eyes are visually impaired thanks to its green colour and to its first aid signage for ease of recognition.
Water is activated by either pushing the manual plate footplate. The two protective caps are then ejected from the spray heads and water is continuously applied, gently to the affected eye and face area. Push the plate once and the water stops immediately.
